3rd Annual Bike Safety Day!
Kiwanis Club of Cochrane and Bike Cochrane Society are proud to present our third annual Bike Safety Day!

The third annual Bike Safety Day will be held on May 28 in the curling rink dry pad at the Cochrane SLS Centre.

This event is free for children aged 4-14 years old and includes:
- A talk about bike safety on the roads and trails.
- A bike and helmet inspection by trained bike technicians.
- Coupons to use for a bike tune up and/or to replace helmets if required.
- Bike courses to ride through where the participants can practice their bike safety knowledge.
- Bike safety pamphlets and other goodies.

Parents & Caregivers Responses to Bullying
1 in 5 kids will experience some form of bullying during their school years. Are you prepared to respond if:
- Your kid is being bullied
- Your kid is engaged in bullying others
- Your kid is witnessing bullying
We invite you to a presentation by PMAST (Peer Mediation and Skills Training)
Sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Cochrane and PMAST in partnership with the Cochrane Family Resources Network, FCSS and the SLS Centre.
5K WALK FOR YOUR CAUSE
Participate in this 5K walk organized by Kiwanis Cochrane to raise money for your project or cause! Walkers pay a registration fee of $25 to Kiwanis. Kiwanis will supply a pledge template and you obtain sponsors to raise money for your cause. The pledges are collected by the walker and given directly to the cause they have chosen.

This event is free for children aged 4-14 years old and includes:
- A talk about bike safety on the roads and trails.
- A bike and helmet inspection by trained bike technicians.
- Coupons to use for a bike tune up and/or to replace helmets if required.
- Two bike courses to ride through (beginners and advanced) where the participants can practice their bike safety knowledge.
- A goody bag with a bike safety pamphlets and other goodies.
